I had written before about how sad I was that my TENO necklace had broken. Probably a consequence of wearing it three years straight without once taking it off.
Anyway, someone from Teno contacted me and told me that since they stand 100 percent behind their products, I could send it in and they would repair it/replace it without any charge.
I was so excited that I almost did a back flip, without knowing how to do one.
So yeah, I sent it in and I got it back about a week later. Nice and New.
